Our Process

CONSULTATION​

The initial consultation will give our team a clear understanding of the event you’re imagining. As the client, you will share the expectations, key dates, themes, guest information, and any additional information to help make your wedding day a reality. Both parties will discuss decor options, floor plans, aesthetic alternatives, and other intricacies.

NEGOTIATION

The client can review decor options and location and discuss any final changes. We may also provide alternatives based on the cost. During this phase, the fee will be proposed, and changes will be made where necessary to suit budget options.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

A detailed proposal will be sent to the client with the contract for signing, release forms, and payment options.

PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and start any pre-planning. The remaining 50% of your balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.

EXECUTION

Weddings are scheduled 3-12 months in advance. Cancellations and reschedules must be made via email or phone at least 30 days prior to your wedding. All deposits are non-refundable. During this phase, the client and wedding planner will work closely together. Some resources may be imported, and this would require timely communication from both parties.
